Birman kittens are born pure white, with an average of three to
five per litter. After a few days the nose colour begins to darken,
which gives an indication as to what colour their points will be.
All of our kittens are raised underfoot in our home, and never
caged. From the day they are born we take great care to ensure
they are treated with tender affection and love. In return, our
kittens are loving and affectionate to their human family, which
in our case includes a dog, a toddler, and two other cats.
Our kittens are well socialized and exposed to lots of different
people and children before they are adopted into their forever
homes. This "socialization" training enables them to adapt and
enjoy new experiences.
Kittens leave our home at 12 weeks of age, already spayed/neutered. Leaving any earlier deprives them of important time spent with their mother and litter mates.
They have seen a veterinarian twice and are vaccinated twice
before leaving our home. All kittens are sold under contract.
